There will be difficulties with installation on Windows 11: when the installation freezes, open the task manager, Setup / Uninstall
processes - right-click, details and close SetupVWMCD_MCDkernel.tmp repeat several times, then the application offers to cancel the installation, here you need to refuse. This crutch is only for Win11 and is taken from the forum, I have not tried or tested it myself.

Install.
Apply files from the patch folder - launcher and plugins copy to the program folder.
Run Offboard_Diagnostic_Information_System_Service.part01.exe and wait
