Ford All In One 3.2 binding lost keys Ford - Ford Transit Connect 2005-2010, 2006-2009 Ford Fiesta, Ford Fusion 2006-2009, Ford Mondeo 2008+, Ford Galaxy 2008+,
Ford S-Max 2008+
Supported ECUs:
SID804, EDC16, SID206, SID202, SID803, SIM210,
How to use this program:
- if the car key transponder is lost:
get acquainted with the tool inst cluster eeprom by obd2 (or you can remove the IC from the car and read the hc12 processor by programming the eeprom with
any programmer (like CarProg, Xprog or UPA), save the file and open it with "open chip dump". The program will show you the transponder
data. Write this data to the eh2 or TPX2 transponder with any transponder programmer (like RW4, Codereader or zedbull button).
If the Engine ECU Immobilizer Lamp shows a fault:
get acquainted with the tool inst cluster eeprom by obd2 (or you can remove the ic from the car and read the hc12 processor by programming the eeprom with
any programmer (like carprog, xprog or upa), save the file and open it with "open chip dump".
Open the ecu (sid804, edc16, sid206, sim210) and read the eeprom (with carprog you can read by obd2).
Open the file with the button "open ecu eeprom". Now press the button synchro in the ecu (if you want to transfer data from the dashboard
to the ecu) or sync (if it is required to transfer data from the ecu to the dashboard) and write the saved file to the dash (if you made a synchronous dash)
or the ecu (if you made a synchronization of the ecu)
How does the Immobilizer work on Ford Mondeo 2008+, Galaxy 2008+, S-Max 2008+:
The immobilizer data (PATS) on these vehicles is stored in the intelligent power distribution module (GEM) located in the passenger
fuse box. The GEM will receive the transponder key signal from the immobilizer coil and if the key is correct, it sends
a synchronization signal to the engine ECU.
If the key is stored in the GEM and the ECU data synchronization is correct, the GEM will allow the engine to be started.
How to use this program:
If the car key transponder is lost:
1. Remove GEM (Power Distribution Unit) from car.
2. Open and find 25320 EEPROM. Read (with carprog you can read in circuit).
3. Save file and open with "open treasure EEPROM". The program will show you transponder data.
4. Write this data to eh2 or TPX2 transponder head with any transponder programmer (like RW4, Codereader or zedbull button)
If the engine ECU is faulty/lost:
1. Remove gem (intelligent power distribution module) from car.
2. Open and find 25320 EEPROM. Read (with carprog you can read in circuit).
3. Save file and open with "open treasure EEPROM".
4. Open ECU and read EEPROM.
5. Open file with "open ECU EEPROM" button.
6. Now transfer synchronization data from GEM to ECU with synchro button in ECU.
7. Save ECU file and write again by ECM
