Autel IM508S Fixed: Autel IM508S “Your application does not support this feature”

Problem: Hello dear seller, today I was updating my Autel IM508S and now if I try to open any diagnostic or immo function shows this error in the screen:

Your application does not support this feature. Please upgrade to a new version. dlopen failed: “/data/data/com.Autel.maxi/lib/libDiag.so” is 32-bit instead of 64 bit.

Solution

1. Provide SN with Autel Tech, then reconnect to network and restart the device.

2. If the above DOES NOT work, reset IM508S to factory settings.
